Kristen has
spent over nine years in the field of corporate training.
She has designed, developed, and
delivered training programs for a variety of organizations and industries.
Kristen specializes in tailoring fraud
prevention and compliance training programs.
Prior to joining WTI, she worked with a management consulting
firm, two national banks, several mortgage lending organizations, and two
national call centers.
Her background includes developing and implementing instructional and
operational programs for industries including: banking, healthcare, government,
education, mortgage lending, information technology, cellular technology, and
natural resource management. While
working with Call Centers, she developed and delivered many of the technology,
customer service, and sales skills instructional programs for these industries.
She also assisted in developing and managing several turnkey
national training programs resulting in both greater consistency and
profitability.
Kristen's
major projects have involved the start-ups of new company divisions, including
overseeing the training and quality assurance areas of those divisions.
She was also a senior developer for a video-assisted training program
that won a national excellence award.
She developed and delivered a
variety of instructional courses for both front-line and management employees.
Additionally, she has been certified in various nationally recognized
coaching and facilitation programs.
Kristen maintains an active membership with the American Society of Training and
Development.
